Support
and disclaimers.
Where to ask for help, what item support covers, how to get a fast answer, and the disclaimers that apply to running campaigns and airdrops.
01How to get support
Use the support tab of the item page where you bought the Campaign Kit, signed in with the purchasing account. That lets us check the licence and keep a history of your case. Pre-sale questions go to the item's comments.
02What support covers
| Included | Not included |
|---|---|
| Questions about how the kit works and how to use its features | Installation or hosting done for you |
| Bugs in the kit as delivered | Customisation and new features |
| Updates that fix reported bugs | Problems caused by modified code, third-party services or hosting |
| Legal, tax or licensing advice, contract audits |
03How to get a fast answer
- Search these docs first (press
/); most setup errors are in Troubleshooting. - Tell us the version (
/health), where it runs, and the output ofnode -vandpnpm -v. - Paste the exact error code and the request that caused it, or the API log line (
docker compose logs api). - Never send bot tokens,
.envfiles, passwords, seed phrases or private keys. We will never ask for them.
04Reporting a security issue
Report vulnerabilities privately through the item support tab with steps to reproduce. Please don't post them in public comments.
05Disclaimers
The Merkle distributor has an automated test suite and a self-review, but no independent security audit. Have it audited by a third party before it holds meaningful value on mainnet, run every airdrop on testnet first, and test against the real jetton you distribute. You deploy and fund it from your own wallet and are responsible for the parameters you sign.
Points, Telegram Stars, rewarded ads, a later token distribution, minors, KYC and tax can be regulated differently in each country. You, the operator, are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you and your clients and with Telegram's terms (including those for Stars and Mini Apps). Get one legal opinion for your jurisdiction before your first client. Nothing in this documentation is legal advice.
The kit is revenue-ready: it contains the revenue mechanisms described on Revenue. Figures there are published benchmarks and labelled assumptions, not forecasts or promises. Never promise players money, profit, token prices or listings.
