Revenue
and how you earn.
The Revenue page shows what an install actually earns in the app, and the "How you earn" panel summarises the business model for the buyer. Benchmarks, not promises: your results depend on your clients and your work.
01The Revenue page
Revenue, per campaign or all campaigns, for 24 h / 30 d / 90 d / all:
| Card | How it is calculated |
|---|---|
| Stars | Shop purchases + season passes (refunds excluded) × $0.013 per Star, Telegram's published developer rate. Stars are paid out through Fragment, up to 21 days later. |
| Sponsored | Billable verified completions × price per completion, capped at each quest's budget. |
| Rewarded ads | An estimate only when you entered Your eCPM in Economy → Rewarded ads: impressions × your eCPM ÷ 1000, labelled as an estimate. Without it the card shows "—" with the impression count. |
| Recorded | Money you received outside the app: setup fees, retainers, campaign fees, sponsor invoices, other. Record income (owner, USD). |
| Total | Stars (estimate) + sponsored + recorded. |
02How you earn (summary)
The full model with sources is docs/v2/BUSINESS-MODEL.md in your download; the admin shows a condensed version under How you earn with this kit on the Revenue page. Most of the money is in services you sell to token projects; in-app revenue comes on top.
| Stream | Who pays | In the product | Benchmark or suggestion (not a promise) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Launch campaigns as a service | Token projects before launch | Multi-campaign admin, launch checklist, clone | Setup $3k–10k + $1.5k–4k/month (suggestion) |
| Bot-filtered airdrop + claim | Projects with a community | Anti-bot, review queue, Fairness Center, Merkle claim | $2.5k–8k fixed per airdrop, never a % of tokens |
| Client reports | Your clients | Report links | Included, or $200–500/month |
| Maintenance and hosting | Clients without servers | Docker deploy | $300–1.5k/month |
| Sponsored quests | Other projects | Sponsors, CPA, budgets, invoice CSV | $0.10–0.50 per verified join, or $300–1.5k/week per slot |
| Stars cosmetics + season pass | Players | Shop, season pass | $0.013 per Star (Telegram's rate) |
| Rewarded ads | Advertisers via Adsgram | Adsgram with server callback | Plan with $0.50–3 eCPM unless your audience is Tier-1 |
Worked example from the business model (assumptions, not a forecast): an agency charging $5,000 setup + 2 × $2,000/month + a $3,000 airdrop fee invoices $12,000 per campaign. With no client, you earn nothing; finding clients is the real work.
docs/v2/BUSINESS-MODEL.md matches this build: the season pass is a one-time Stars purchase per season (no 30-day subscription), clients get read-only report links (no client logins or per-campaign roles), reports are live web pages (no PDF export), and Monetag is not implemented. There is also no /paysupport bot command yet: Telegram expects bots that sell for Stars to offer payment support, so add one before you go live.03Rules that keep you out of trouble
- Stars never buy points, energy, boosts or airdrop allocation.
- No paid randomness.
- Never tell players they will "earn money". Say points, rewards, eligibility.
- Non-custodial: the client's wallet deploys and funds the distributor. Do not hold client tokens and do not take token percentages.
- Get one legal opinion per jurisdiction before the first client; audit the contract before it holds real value.
- Budget for Stars arriving up to 21 days late and for ad-network minimum payouts.
