• New Mini App and admin design (Prism).
• Players: seasons with a cosmetic-only Stars season pass, live events (tap/farm multipliers), squads, daily puzzle, free streak savers, 12 achievements, Story and chat sharing, Telegram fullscreen, home-screen and emoji-status hooks.
• Fairness Center: public versioned rules with change log, fair score and checks, re-verification window, appeals, reduced reward instead of a ban.
• Operator: analytics (D1/D7/D30, cohorts, funnel, activity, referral tree), tracked links with cost per real player, clients, white-label report links, segmented bot broadcasts, sponsors and sponsored quests with budgets and invoice CSV, revenue page with "How you earn", clone as template.
• Airdrop: fairness multipliers, rules frozen at publish, distributor address checked against the snapshot.
• Player wording uses points and rewards, never "earning".

Migration from v0.1

Run pnpm db:migrate (migration 0002 adds the v2 tables and columns). New variables: ADMIN_PUBLIC_URL, BROADCAST_WORKER. Rebuild both web apps.

Fixed after the docs pass (commit cd4ba6d)

• The admin now sends the connected wallet as owner when it records the distributor, so the deploy step completes.
• Branding has Story image URL and Emoji status id fields, saved with the theme.
• Economy → Rewarded ads has an optional eCPM field for the Revenue estimate.
• ADMIN_PUBLIC_URL and BROADCAST_WORKER are validated at API start-up.

Known limitations

• Monetag is not implemented (Adsgram only).
• No /paysupport bot command yet; add one before selling for Stars.
